我公司专业制造水利U型槽成型机.混凝土构件成型机组的技术特征:采用高幅震动与液压相结合,对以水泥、石子、砂子所拦合的水灰比分别为0.3-0.4以内的各种调配的混凝土、水泥土,进行强制成型.由于震动与液压的有机结合,使所成型材料产生游动性,从而达到良好的合易性.构件内多余的水、气在高幅震动挤夺下可排出体外达到内实,构件表层浆液饮满达到外光.通过已配置相应规格的U型模具、压头和垫板可生产D20、D30、D40、D50、D60全U型防渗渠道构件,半U型1/2D60、1/2D80、1/2D100、1/2D120、1/2D140cm防渗渠道构件.R120cm以内的各种弧形防渗渠道构件
